RDT has been a Microsoft Partner since 2000 and is actively involved in the Microsoft UK partner community. RDT has Gold Application Development competency, the highest level of expertise recognised by Microsoft. We work closely with Microsoft to ensure that we adopt their latest products to help us improve our own solutions.
Aia’s Intelligent Text Processing (ITP) solution is integrated into RDT’s flagship insurance platform Landscape to further enhance its customer communications capability. ITP cuts costs by swiftly produces branded, personalised policy and claims documents, regardless of their complexity.
The ability for teams to tailor documents across all brands, quickly and simply via one production system, is invaluable. A key benefit is the claims letter functionality, allowing scripted journeys to be defined for claims consultants. Personalised correspondence can be created without the need for ad hoc editing, thereby assuring the quality of all correspondence.
Experian QAS is a global provider of data accuracy and identity management solutions. Its QAS range of software helps insurers capture accurate address data, cleanse database records and implement de-duplication solutions. Some of our Landscape implementations have been integrated with QAS, resulting in reductions in returned mail, improved call centre efficiency and more successful first time delivery for QAS customers.
Our partnership with Kewill enables RDT to integrate Landscape with Kewill’s InsuranceXchange (KIX). KIX removes connection complexity and facilitates straight-through processing: connecting insurers, brokers and partners, irrespective of existing legacy and back office systems. In partnership with Kewill, we can offer our customers the capability to collect, transform and deliver information electronically within their partner community. The benefits are reduction of risks associated with delivering accurate information securely, ensuring deadlines are met and supporting regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
