Workflow

Landscape contains a sophisticated Workflow component that allows the customer to manage their business more efficiently.

The system allows events to be triggered from a multitude of points within the system and then has escalation procedures for non-resolution of events.

System administrators can define and update Users, Workgroups and all of the tasks and actions associated with an event.

Events typically would be the creation of tasks, the automatic production of Letters etc.

Some of the main features are listed below:

  • Tasks can be reviewed and/or authorised by a Supervisor
  • Users with the appropriate security privileges can view other users work lists and reallocate tasks
  • Tasks can be created manually as well as by the system
  • Users can be organised into Work Groups
  • Generation of events from external software
  • Tasks are context sensitive (clicking task opens relevant screen i.e. Policy)
  • Filter and Sort capabilities on Task Lists
  • Summary view of Tasks for MI
  • Rules: defining rules for the creation of tasks
  • Allocation of tasks to specific users or groups dependent on Broker associated with Event
