The Browser UI (User Interface) creates an ideal and highly flexible environment for call centre staff to quickly and efficiently guide customers through the sales process.

Landscape has an embedded web component that allows the browser interface to exist as an integrated part of the administration system.

Scripting
Landscape has support for scripting within the call centre UI. It is possible for the administrator to define prompts on a field by field basis. Prompts are level dependent, the system can be defined to prompt an inexperienced operator more frequently than an experienced one. In addition it is possible to personalise prompts ensuring call centre staff refer to customers by their name during the process.

Call centre staff can also pickup partially completed applications that members of the public or other Brokers have entered and see exactly the screens that they had seen while reaching the point at which they terminated the process.
